We spend so much time determining the main body of our quilts, but often forget the borders and the binding as afterthoughts. By the time I’m ready to put on a border, I’m often bored with the design of the quilt and I just want to get it finished! But by rushing my border and binding decisions, I often miss out on the chance to really make my quilt stand out. This blog will endeavor to identify as many border and binding design options as possible to help you select the perfect ones to make your quilt shine. In the midst of this, I’ll post techniques, tips, and tools to make the job easier and more precise. Hope you enjoy this journey around the borderlands!
